Dr. Dickerman and Staff

Shelly D McKeon- Dental Assistant and Office Manager
detailed; caring; concerned

Shelly grew up in Aston Pa. and now resides in Clifton heights with her husband Andrew, step daughter Ashley, and their dog Jessie. She completed expanded functions dental assisting at Harcum College, and obtained a B.S. degree at Neumann College.

Shelly has been a team member of Dr. Dickerman’s staff for over 10 years. Her extensive training includes all aspects of dental care including but not limited to; crown and bridge restorative treatment, implants (surgical and restorative treatment), patient education, Invisalign (orthodontics), and endodontics (root canal treatment). Shelly received her radiology certification in 2002, and is CPR certified.

Currently Shelly serves as Office Manager, and is vital to the ongoing and current success of our dental practice.

Her hobbies include walking her dog, spending quality time with her family, and traveling.

Jill Federman- Dental Hygienist
gentle but thorough and personally concerned

Jill is a Registered Dental Hygienist, licensed in Pennsylvania since 1996. She was trained at Harcum College as an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant and started her career with Dr. Dickerman in 1984. Jill was an integral member of Dr. Dickerman’s practice for over 10 years and returned to Montgomery County Community College in 1994 to pursue a career in Dental Hygiene. Jill Graduated from Montgomery County Community College in 1996 after completing the hygiene program. She returned to Dr. Dickerman’s practice in 2006, and continues to be a valuable asset to our practice. After 27 years in dentistry she has accumulated over 400 hours of post graduate hygiene education. The knowledge and direct clinical experience she has obtained ranks her at the top level of practicing dental hygienists.

Jill lives in Lower Merion with her husband David and their children Eli, and Katie. In addition to being involved with numerous school activities and spending time with her family, she still finds time to pursue her hobbies, knitting, cooking, playing tennis and exercising.

Robin Weinstein- Dental Hygienist
knowledgeable and detailed

Robin grew up in Lower Merion and was educated in the local school district. She received a B.A. degree following graduation from Purdue University in Indiana. Shortly after graduation Robin decided on a career change and attended Montgomery Community College graduating as a Dental Hygienist in 1996. Our office can take some credit for her decision to change her career to dental hygiene given that she had been a private patient in our practice from age nine. She continued as a patient, and returned to our office in 2006 employed as our second hygienist. She remains a valuable and active staff member.

She currently resides in nearby Havertown with her husband Adam and their children Anna, Ethan and their dog Jackson. Her interests include reading, interior design, yoga, skiing, and camping.

Stacey Orloff- Business Secretary
dedicated, detailed

Stacey is a local, having grown up and educated in Lower Merion township. After graduation from Boston University and obtaining a B.S. degree in Psychology, she pursued a career with Comcast Cable in Philadelphia. Stacey remained a loyal employee for over 10 years and left to become a full time mother. She became a beloved member of our staff over two years ago, when she returned to the work force.

Stacey is our Business Secretary and scheduling manager. She attends all of our education seminars, and like all our staff members is CPR and Emergency trained. She can usually be found smiling at the front desk, scheduling patients, manning the phones, banging away at the computer, or greeting our patients. We have even seen her being a third pair of hands in the operatory.

Stacey lives in Bala Cynwyd with her husband Scott, and their two daughters Sydney and Alexa. Stacey in her limited spare time enjoys reading, going to the beach, and exercising.

Alicia Gutkin- Dental Hygienist
dedicated, knowledgeable team member

Alicia has been a member of Dr. Dickerman’s staff for over 14 years. She was our full time hygienist from 1999 thru 2007 when marriage and the start of a beautiful family became her full time interest. Alicia has been available to us when needed over the past 6 years to fill any emergency hygiene position. Having a knowledgeable, caring, and talented individual who shares our office values is very valuable to maintaining our patients dental health.

Alicia is from Harrisburg, PA and graduated University of Pittsburg obtaining a B.S. degree in Dental Hygiene. She has continued her education by attending and accumulating over 400 hours of post graduate studies. Alicia resides in Haddon Heights, New Jersey with her husband Jonathan and two sons, Jacob ad Andrew.

Rosalia Fosco- Dental Assistant
displays interest and concern

Rosalia (RO) is the newest member of our team. Her background is unique. She was born in a small town in Italy and immigrated to the United States when she was 4 years old. Her education prepared her for secretarial and academic skills, but following graduation from high school began to pursue a career in dentistry. She worked in a multi-doctor specialty endodontic practice for over 18 years. She was a primary member of the assisting team in that office, accumulating over 300 hours of additional dental education in seminars and post graduate studies. RO left that practice in 2007 and further advanced her dental knowledge by employment at a quality cosmetic dental office where she learned new skills and enjoyed her new position. She interviewed for a Dental Assisting position at our office with the thought that a position in a very high quality full service dental office would be the challenge she desired. She has not been disappointed!
